CONTENTS
Welcome to EUROGNOSI Filothei – Nea Ionia. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
EUROGNOSI's computer training packages consist of two main parts:

Packages and Payment
The total cost of the package is paid in one lump sum or divided into two payments:

1ST PAYMENT
Paid at time of purchase. Unlocks access to the asynchronous platform.
50%
1ST PAYMENT
Correct or update inaccurate personal data at any time.

Service Delivery

Asynchronous Learning: Access is provided within 5 business days of receiving the initial payment and registration details (photocopy of ID & residence details).
Up to 5 business days
Simulation Test: Access is only allowed after the second payment is completed.
After the 2nd payment
Modifications, Cancellations and Discounts
PACKAGE INTEGRITY
Packages are provided "as is" without the possibility of modifications. Requests to change or remove part of a package are not accepted.

COMBINATION OF DISCOUNTS
Any current or future offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
The right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from payment applies only if no access code has been provided and use of the platform has not begun.
Upon the provision of a code or the activation of the account, it is considered that the provision of the service has begun and the right of withdrawal is lost in accordance with the applicable legislation for digital services. No refunds are issued.

Examination

Participation in examinations is not guaranteed. The school is not obligated to conduct examinations or to fulfill the examinations of any student within a specific period. Students are free to choose other examination centers.
ARTICLE 16
Cost of participation in the first attempt of each individual module or cross-curricular package (Cross-curricular 1: Word, Excel, Internet / Cross-curricular 2: Windows, Access, PowerPoint), provided that the exams are held at our center (84 Dodekanisou, Nea Ionia) and there are at least 3 examinees at each time.
ARTICLE 16
If the failed exam was taken at our center, re-examination is available at a cost of €20 per re-examination.
Meetings with the Professor
Meetings (in person or online) are subject to the following scheduling rules:

Must be scheduled at least 5 business days before the desired date.

At least 10 working days (2 weeks) must have passed since the previous meeting (if any).

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Greek state.

No Reproduction: You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit any part of the service.
